About Tim Allan

Tim Allan is an Australian singer-song writer, actor and performer from the Macedon Ranges.
Tim moved to study musical theatre for four years in Melbourne where he spent a lot of his time busking throughout Melbourne, before launching into his Song-writing degree at the Australian College of the Arts (Collarts).
It's there he started recording his own music and refining his craft, before gearing up to release his first body of work.
Tim has found his feet with his down to earth, genuine lyric writing and unrelenting performing energy. Since 2020, Tim has released music independently, including his first studio EP 'Not the Bad Boy' featuring singles 'Cool', 'Honey', and 'Crash'. Tim's previous releases include 'Songs I Used to Busk With', featuring songs he used to perform across the streets of Melbourne. Along with his band, Tim has headlined shows in some of Melbourne's most iconic venues, including The Workers Club, Club Voltaire, The Bergy Bandroom. For theatre, Tim has taken the stage at Melbourne Theatre Company, Darebin Arts Centre and Hamer Hall, to name a few. Whether solo, or with his five piece band, Tim's act is fun and always finds its roots in his authentic, real, story telling.
